I'm going to need a bit more convincing to buy Brick as fantasy, but I like your reasoning. (Gods, I loved that movie.) Shortbus is easier, but I'm not sure "fantasy" as a genre needs either movie. Not to get all deMille on you here, but what's your motivation?
